Hiked multiple days in a row through the rain along Norway's mystical fjords to the same location until the weather conditions finally satisfied me. First hike was accompanied by wind and rain so strong that rain droplets were actually flying upwards because of the winds gusting through the fjords. I sat in astonishment as droplets of rain floated in the opposite direction right before my eyes. Truly a phenomenon that only presents its self with the right conditions.
I first saw a shot of this location when i was 14 years old here on DA taken by Maciej Duczynski and on that day i was so truly inspired by his magnificent work i vowed to put a bit of spare change aside each year until i had enough to witness this cliffs beauty with my own two eyes. Five years later i found myself backpacking through Europe and decided there is no way i was leaving that continent without photographing Norway, this is my take on the preikestolen cliff and the end result. I give thanks to my patient buddy Alex. Norway will truly always be in my heart.

we live on a mountain
right at the top
there's a beautiful view
from the top of the mountain
every morning i walk towards the edge
and throw little things off
like car-parts, bottles and cutlery
or whatever i find lying around
Absolutly stunning photo. Congratulation
